Jeff Chungath
CEO
Jeff Chungath brings more than 20 years of biomedical, HIT and general management experience in healthcare, consumer goods and telecommunications. At Telligen, he led the design and deployment of several nationwide health information technology solutions. Jeff has an unparalleled perspective on leveraging health information technology and behavior change for transformational population health management, Jeff has been instrumental in driving and supporting solutions that get results for our clients.
Jeff holds a masters in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa and a masters degree in management from Creighton University.
Peg Mason
Vice President, Health Management
Peg Mason owns healthcare quality improvement. She brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, patient safety, population health management and provider consulting, as well as technical assistance for creating and validating healthcare quality measures. Peg is recognized nationally for her leadership in healthcare quality, including her involvement with the federal QIO program and leadership in the CMS hospital public reporting program at its inception. Peg oversees Telligen's health management solutions for commercial payers, Medicaid and Medicare programs.
Peg holds designations of Registered Health Information Technician from the American Health Information Management Association and Certified Professional in Health Care Quality from the Healthcare Quality Certification Board. Peg also previously served on the American Health Information Management Association's Practice Council on Quality Initiatives and Secondary Data and as a member of the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission's Health Standards Committee.
Brian Barry
Vice President, Information Management
Brian Barry has been turning data into knowledge and knowledge into action for nearly 20 years. He brings extensive technical expertise and healthcare information technology experience, serving clients in both the commercial and government sectors. His experience includes leading the development and implementation of Revenue Cycle Systems, Electronic Health Records, Healthcare Data Management and Quality Reporting, and Health Management enterprise systems for health systems, providers and payers. Brian oversees Telligen's HIT solutions for commercial, State, and Federal clients.
Brian holds a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
Denise Sturm
Chief Financial Officer
Denise Sturm understands the cost impact of healthcare and how it can compromise an organization's financial health. She brings 25 years of financial leadership experience in healthcare, commercial and State government. Denise serves as Vice President, Finance and Administration, leading financial and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, risk-management, contracts, compliance, pricing, proposals, purchasing and facilities.
Denise holds a bachelors of business administration in accounting from Iowa State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Doug Ventling

Doug Ventling knows how to make healthcare more cost-effective for employee populations, through innovative population health management solutions. Doug brings nearly 25 years of Human Resources experience in healthcare, insurance and consumer goods, leading the human resources and marketing & communications functions. He oversees all areas related to talent selection, development and retention; organizational culture; and employee engagement; as well as all aspects of Telligen branding.
Doug holds a bachelors and masters in business administration from the University of Iowa, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
